The Group Company organized a symposium on delegated work for the year 2025.

On the afternoon of February 28, the Group held a symposium on delegated work for 2025 in Conference Room 402 of Qian’an Building. With the theme “Delegation Comes with Responsibility, Performance Brings Results,” the meeting aimed to comprehensively summarize the achievements of delegated work in 2025, review best practices and lessons learned, solicit opinions and suggestions, and further strengthen collaborative efforts.
At the meeting, Group Chief Economist Fan Hongyan reported on the progress of the 2025 assignment program. Over the past year, the Group has adhered to a strategy of prioritizing systems, honing talent through frontline experience, and fostering mutual empowerment, steadily advancing the management of project assignees. The Group issued the “Provisional Detailed Rules for the Management of Project Assignees,” establishing a comprehensive, standardized assignment management system. Throughout the year, a total of 13 personnel were dispatched to frontline positions for practical training, where they underwent rigorous, real‑world development and training, further broadening career paths for talent growth, streamlining information communication channels between the Group and its branches as well as with project frontlines, and providing strong support for the Group’s project construction and the cultivation of versatile professionals.
During the exchange session, the 12 delegates, drawing on their respective roles and responsibilities, took turns sharing their work insights, exchanging practical experiences, and offering suggestions and recommendations, showcasing a positive spirit characterized by diligent performance of duties, pragmatic dedication, and proactive optimism. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as optimizing the delegation mechanism, strengthening service support, and enhancing work efficiency, offering valuable advice and building consensus.
Group General Manager Zhang Jian delivered a concluding speech, in which he fully acknowledged the achievements made in the 2025 secondment program while also setting forth four key requirements for the 2026 secondment work: First, we must continue to strengthen our sense of responsibility and fulfill our duties diligently from our respective positions; second, we must constantly enhance our professional capabilities and complete tasks with high quality and efficiency; third, we must improve and refine the support mechanisms to ensure that all relevant benefits for seconded personnel are effectively implemented; and fourth, we must strengthen cross‑departmental coordination and collaboration to deepen and solidify the secondment program.
The meeting pointed out that being assigned a role comes with responsibility, and fulfilling those responsibilities requires proactive action. All business units within the Group should take this symposium as a new starting point, continuously intensifying efforts to advance delegation work, improving training mechanisms, strengthening incentives and safeguards, and guiding more employees to engage in frontline roles, gain practical experience, and achieve remarkable results. By delivering solid performance through hard work, they should embody their sense of responsibility and contribute even greater strength to the Group’s high‑quality development.
