On the afternoon of March 2, the 8th Session of the 3rd Shareholders’ Meeting and the Annual Work Conference of the Group Company were successfully held in the Conference Hall on the 4th floor of Qian’an Building. Zhou Bing, Director of the Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau of Qidong City, and Zhang Xiaofeng, Deputy Director, attended the meeting by invitation, while nearly one hundred participants—including company shareholders, leaders from the Group Headquarters, regional companies, directly affiliated units, and branch offices—were present. The conference was chaired by General Manager Zhang Jian.

Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of the Group Company, delivered the Board’s work report titled “Concentrating Our Efforts on Mitigating Risks and Embracing Change to Ensure Survival, and Striving Hard to Achieve Resilient Development of the Qian’an Enterprise.” After briefly summarizing the past year’s work, the Chairman pointed out that 2026 marks the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan—and also a pivotal year for the Group in “turning crises into opportunities for survival” and realizing resilient development, making it of decisive importance for ensuring the sustainable and resilient growth of the Qian’an enterprise. He called on everyone within the Group to adopt a “nailing-down” spirit, sparing no effort in continuously addressing various risks and challenges, and to devote ourselves wholeheartedly to safeguarding the Group’s economic lifeline; to do everything possible to consolidate and expand our business markets, thereby firmly protecting our core operations; to broadly pool our collective strength in “turning crises into opportunities” and steadily strengthen our confidence in “seeking survival”; and to rely on reform to ensure survival and on innovation to find new paths forward.

To ensure the successful completion of all tasks this year, the Chairman urged all attendees to expand their business operations with greater confidence, laying a solid foundation for turning crises into opportunities and ensuring survival; to advance key initiatives with even greater confidence, providing robust safeguards for overcoming challenges and securing long-term viability; to further strengthen corporate governance structures with unwavering resolve, injecting fresh momentum into our efforts to navigate crises and secure sustainable growth; and to carry out all foundational work with greater diligence, injecting vitality into our mission to turn adversity into opportunity. The Chairman emphasized that every member of the Qian’an team must summon an even more spirited fighting spirit, adopt a more pragmatic approach, and embrace innovative thinking—approaching risk management with unshakable confidence and uniting as one to drive transformative change and secure our future. Let us strive tirelessly to achieve sustainable, resilient development for the Qian’an enterprise!

The conference also heard the work report of the Supervisory Board, delivered by Chairwoman Fan Hongyan, and the financial work report, delivered by Chief Accountant Yu Chengjian, and subsequently voted to approve both reports. During the meeting, senior executives including Song Hongliang, Fan Hongyan, Wu Donghui, Zhang Yue, and Ma Chunfeng shared their insights and engaged in discussions based on their respective areas of responsibility.

Zhou Bing, Director of the Municipal Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau, extended his congratulations on the successful convening of the conference and expressed his gratitude to Jiangsu Qian’an for its outstanding contributions—especially over the past year—to the economic development of Qidong City and the growth of its construction industry. The Group’s Roche Pharmaceutical project employs air‑suspended air cushions to achieve non‑destructive construction.

In mid-June, the Roche Pharmaceuticals project, constructed by the Group’s Maosheng International Engineering Branch, successfully completed the indoor relocation of three 13-ton heavy-duty pieces of equipment within a high‑standard epoxy flooring area, utilizing an air‑suspension cushion‑lifting technique.

On June 2, the “Carrying Forward the Glory of Military Service, Ensuring the Well-being of Veteran Soldiers” Care Foundation was officially established at the Qidong Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs and the Municipal Charity Federation, under the leadership of Gong Shancong, Deputy General Manager of the Group. The foundation aims to “show care for veterans, alleviate their difficulties, safeguard their health and well-being, and spread warmth throughout society.”


The Group’s Roche Pharmaceutical Project has been awarded the One-Million-Safety-Hours Award.

On June 5, the Roche (Shanghai) Biopharmaceutical Production Base Project (Phase I) held a ceremony to celebrate reaching one million safe man-hours, and the Group was presented with a commemorative trophy.
