The Group organized a Women's Day themed event for March 8th
To celebrate the 115th International Women's Day, and further enrich the spiritual and cultural life of female employees in the company. On the afternoon of March 7th, the Group organized all female employees to visit the Qidong City Museum, carrying out a themed activity of "Women in Full Bloom Exploring the Museum and Starting a New Journey".

On the morning of March 7th, Jinrun Branch of the Group organized a project management personnel learning session on the spirit of the work report of the Third Session of the Seventh Shareholders' Meeting via an online meeting. More than 350 employees participated in the event. Mr. Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He urged Jinrun, at all levels, to take the Chairman's report as a guide for their work, actively playing a greater role in business development, risk prevention, and project management. Meanwhile, each project department should align with the Group's key annual tasks, such as personnel assignment, cost control, and centralized procurement. They are to work together, face difficulties directly, maintain confidence, and work together to achieve resilient development of the Qian'an undertaking. The meeting made specific deployments for the work of Jinrun Branch in 2025.

The training base is equipped with a practical training hall, a smart experience hall, etc. The practical training hall is fully equipped with various construction equipment and simulated scenarios, providing industrial workers with practical training conditions that are close to the real work environment; the smart hall vividly presents the cutting-edge technologies and development trends of the construction industry through digital displays and simulations. Chen Juan and her delegation experienced the smart VR, and truly felt its unique advantages in construction safety education and construction scheme rehearsals.
