On July 15, Yuan Jie, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Nantong Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Vice President of the Trade Promotion Council, led a delegation to the company for a special research visit on the group’s overseas contracting project development. Senior executives Zhang Jian, Song Hongliang, Fan Hongyan, and others attended the symposium and exchanged views.

During the meeting, Chief Economist Fan Hongyan reported on the Group’s overseas business strategy, ongoing projects, and its efforts to transition toward an EPC general contracting model abroad. Deputy General Manager Song Hongliang shared insights on issues such as project operations, labor‑force constraints, and material delivery. The research team provided on‑site, targeted responses and tailored recommendations, offering concrete suggestions for further development. Meanwhile, the municipal and county-level commerce authorities pledged to deliver end‑to‑end, comprehensive support across multiple areas, including industry‑resource matchmaking, foreign‑economic‑operation qualification registration, application for specialized policies, and financial‑legal assistance. Vice President Yuan Jie commended the company for its achievements over the years in cultivating overseas markets, particularly as Qidong’s first construction enterprise to obtain qualifications for international engineering contracting.

General Manager Zhang Jian expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the multi‑level business units’ on‑site visits and their efforts to address challenges and provide assistance.
