On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of local fishery–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, attended the meetings.

Leaders from China Road & Bridge Corporation and the Fourth Harbor Engineering Company held a special symposium to discuss the joint‑venture bid for Morocco’s overseas photovoltaic project. Chairman Yin Weidong stated that new energy is the core strategic area driving Jiangsu Qian’an’s transformation and development; the company has been deeply engaged in photovoltaic construction for many years, boasting a mature construction system, a highly professional technical team, and extensive experience in executing projects both domestically and internationally. He emphasized that the Morocco PV project represents a significant opportunity for Jiangsu Qian’an to expand into the global new‑energy market, and the company will fully support the consortium’s efforts, working together to tap overseas new‑energy markets and achieve mutual benefit and win‑win outcomes. Wang Xiaochen, Deputy General Manager of China Road & Bridge’s Morocco Office, expressed strong recognition of Jiangsu Qian’an’s expertise in photovoltaic construction and its solid reputation for timely and quality project delivery, looking forward to deepening the consortium’s collaboration and jointly building a flagship overseas new‑energy project.

Zhang Hongbin, Party Secretary and General Manager of Shanghai Electric New Energy, led a delegation on a visit to conduct on-site coordination for the 80 MW agrivoltaic project in Dayu Town, Rudong County. Chairman Yin Weidong stated that Jiangsu Qian’an has long been deeply engaged in the province’s photovoltaic and new‑energy market, having successfully completed numerous agrivoltaic, utility‑scale, and distributed PV projects, thereby amassing substantial experience in the field. The board expressed its hope that this exchange and collaboration would serve as an opportunity to further broaden the scope of joint ventures in new‑energy projects, jointly delivering high‑quality PV initiatives that deliver ecological, economic, and social benefits. Zhang Hongbin voiced strong confidence in the prospects of cooperation between the two parties, praising Jiangsu Qian’an’s comprehensive capabilities in PV installation and its proven track record in project execution.
