This training adopted a blended model of “online classes + on-site instruction,” aiming to help all employees quickly refocus and get back to work with full energy, embarking on the new year’s journey with a spirited,全力以赴 (all‑out) work ethic.


This training program boasts broad coverage and strong practical relevance, featuring 11 carefully designed professional knowledge exchange sessions. The curriculum includes 5 panel discussions and workshops, along with 6 live online lectures, totaling nearly 20 hours of instruction. The content spans multiple thematic modules, including interpretations of new safety standards, discussions on cost management and business operations, procurement procedures, exchanges on operational compliance, dissemination of regulations for special equipment, as well as guidance on professional titles and training services—balancing theoretical depth with practical application to comprehensively enhance employees’ professional ethics and specialized skills.
During the training, the learning atmosphere was exceptionally strong. Interactive engagement was frequent in the livestream room, with participants listening attentively and eagerly vying to answer questions; offline discussions were equally lively and enthusiastic. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.


The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
