Financing success is truly inspiring! The Group’s Jinhe Optoelectronics subsidiary has successfully closed a self‑raised financing round of RMB 600 million, with the first tranche of funds arriving today!
On August 21, the Group’s Jinhe Optoelectronics Branch successfully closed a 600-million-yuan project‑led financing round, with the first tranche of 160 million yuan already credited to its account. This successful securing of 600 million yuan in self‑financed capital not only provides crucial funding for the ongoing Wujiang Modern Digital Intelligent Fishery 220 MW photovoltaic power generation project but also injects strong momentum into the Group’s efforts to navigate challenges and achieve resilient growth.
The Wujiang Modern Digital‑Smart Fishery 220 MW photovoltaic power project, undertaken by the Group’s Jinhe Optoelectronics Branch, is located in Tongli Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou. Covering an area of 2,836 mu and with a total investment of RMB 845 million, construction officially commenced in the second half of 2025. However, as work progressed, substantial funding requirements emerged as a major obstacle to advancing the project. In the face of these developmental challenges, the innovation‑driven Jinhe Optoelectronics Branch refused to wait for handouts or adopt a passive stance. Leveraging the project’s high‑quality attributes, it formed an EPC consortium with Jiangsu Qian’an and China Electric Power Construction Group East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. By actively mobilizing resources from multiple stakeholders and employing financial leasing, the company successfully secured RMB 600 million in financing from Guoyin Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. This innovative approach broke away from reliance on traditional bank credit, establishing a robust triangular framework of “project + technology + financing” and achieving deep integration between the real economy and financial capital.
Chen Fei, Vice President of the Group and head of the Jinhe Optoelectronics Branch, expressed full confidence, stating: “This self‑financing model covers the entire lifecycle of project investment, construction, and operation, aligning with the current national policy direction of encouraging financial leasing to return to its core function and serve the real economy. Moreover, it is replicable and scalable, and will undoubtedly provide stronger support for the Group in turning challenges into opportunities and achieving resilient growth.” (Group Office)
