Two QC achievements of the Group have been awarded as First-Class Awards in Shanghai’s engineering construction sector.

Recently, two QC achievements submitted by the Group—“Improving the First‑Pass Rate of Concrete Surface Finishing” (Maosheng International Engineering Branch) and “Enhancing Sound Insulation and Noise Reduction in Serviced Apartment Rooms” (Jinrun Branch)—were recognized as Class I awards at the 2026 Shanghai Municipal Engineering Construction QC Group Awards. Two QC teams zeroed in on the pain points and challenges at the construction site, adopting a problem‑oriented approach and rigorously following the PDCA cycle to tackle key issues. Leveraging quality‑management tools such as cause-and-effect diagrams, root‑cause identification, and countermeasure verification, they conducted targeted studies addressing practical concerns related to construction quality, process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains. By systematically analyzing underlying causes, formulating corrective measures, implementing them, and validating their effectiveness, they developed replicable, scalable on‑site solutions that have effectively resolved numerous real‑world operational challenges, significantly improved first‑time pass rates, reduced construction costs, and ensured the quality of the project’s physical components.
