Quik Goodton's new project for the construction of a 60,000-ton annual output of metal processing coating materials - Group comprehensive inspection

Quick Good Fortune 60,000-ton Annual Output Metal Processing Coating Material New Project - Group Comprehensive Inspection

On June 24, 2025, the Group's comprehensive inspection team visited Henli Company's "Quick Good Fortune 60,000-ton Annual Output Metal Processing Coating Material New Project" for inspection and guidance. The project is located in the Yangtze River International Chemical Park in Zhangjiagang. The total construction area of the project is 18,571㎡, with Package 1 costing 112 million yuan and Package 2 costing 37 million yuan. The contract duration is 360 days.
This project consists of 11 individual units, including production workshops, Class B and Class C warehouses, water treatment rooms, public utility stations, tank area fire pump rooms, and corridors. The construction highlights of this project include 2,000 sets of pile driving, 8.3-meter-deep foundation pit construction in soft soil layers, large-area floor flatness control in the production workshop, and the construction of a 22.45m-high Class C warehouse frame structure. There are many high-risk engineering projects, and the construction period is tight. The project department carefully planned the construction sequence due to the dense pile arrangement, avoiding the soil extrusion effect during concentrated high-speed pile driving. Experts were invited and organized for review to ensure that high-risk engineering projects, including the high-formwork system, are effectively guaranteed and controlled. Responding to the company's call, the project department established a project cost control team from the signing of the contract, making significant efforts and attempts in cost analysis, scheme optimization, supply chain management, competitive bidding, centralized procurement, reducing intermediate links, and controlling inventory. Currently, good results have been achieved, with approximately 80% of the construction output value completed. The project's safety and stability goals are to organize construction according to the requirements of provincial safe and civilized standardized construction sites, ensuring a Suzhou safe construction site and striving to create a Jiangsu provincial star-level construction site.
The inspection team conducted a detailed inspection of the project's physical quality, safety management, engineering data, and real-name registration management, and conducted in-depth communication and exchanges with the project department. Regarding the QC team and construction method compilation established by the project, the inspection team pointed out that Henli Company's technological innovation is ongoing. General Manager Zhang Jian pointed out that the high-quality branch should undertake more high-quality projects, continue to increase support for the company, and emphasized that the project department should strengthen the cost control pilot program, accumulate experience for exchange and guidance within the group company, and bravely lead the way in the group company's creation of excellence and safety. Henli Company's head, Gu Hongjiang, stated that a BIM working group should be established to coordinate with the group's technical center for guidance, strengthen the application of new technologies such as prefabricated components to the role of cost control, attach importance to development and innovation, and contribute new strength to the group company's resilient development!
