On June 23, 2025, a comprehensive inspection team from the Group Company visited the comprehensive electromechanical and fire protection subcontract for the XHPO-0001 Unit D1-2 plot project in Huajing Town, Xuhui District, Shanghai. The project is under construction by the Group's Jinrun Branch's Project 100 team and is located at 1307 (temporary) Huajing Road, Huajing Town, Xuhui District, Shanghai. This project mainly includes seven residential buildings (including three 26-story buildings, two 17-story buildings, one 16-story building, and one 9-story affordable housing building), two supporting buildings (1 story above ground), and a two-story underground basement with a partial one-story underground level. The contract price is 30 million yuan, and the contract includes electrical systems, water supply and drainage systems, and fire protection engineering, including fire alarm systems, automatic sprinkler systems, fire hydrant systems, and smoke exhaust systems. The project commenced in March 2024 and is scheduled for completion and acceptance on August 18, 2025. Project highlights: 1. Ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings; 2. Application of BIM technology. Project 100 team traditionally focuses on high-end decoration projects. For this project, a team of high-quality electromechanical professionals was assembled. Based on the project's characteristics, the project team implemented early planning and full-process management, and the project is currently progressing smoothly. After listening to the project report, the comprehensive inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the on-site safety, quality, and real-name registration system, as well as related documents. During the summary and exchange meeting, the inspection team and the project team engaged in in-depth discussions, and each line offered valuable suggestions on the project's management details, hoping to further improve the project's management level. Finally, the head of the inspection team and general manager, Zhang Jian, summarized the findings, hoping that Project 100 would continue to improve its management level, achieve new breakthroughs in the Hong Kong capital market, establish a positive Qian'an brand image, and make due contributions to the Group's resilient development.
