On June 22, 2025, a group of comprehensive inspection team members from the Group Company came to the Lingang New Area 105 North F10-01, I07-01, F06-04, I04-04 plots project (F06-04, I04-04 plots) project of Shanghai Yunxing Economic Development Co., Ltd. The project is undertaken by the Group's Tenth Company, located in Nanhui New Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The project consists of fire protection engineering and commercial and office air conditioning engineering. The fire protection engineering contract price is 74.98 million, and the construction scope includes: F06-04 plot and I04-04 plot involving fire alarm system, automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system, fire water supply and fire hydrant system, smoke exhaust system, fire emergency lighting and evacuation guidance system, gas fire extinguishing ultra-fine dry powder fire extinguishing system, fire electrical monitoring system, fire power monitoring system, pre-pressure detection system, etc. The commercial and office air conditioning engineering contract price is 28.08 million, and the construction scope includes: F06-04 plot and I04-04 plot HVAC engineering, including air supply and exhaust system, kitchen exhaust system, air conditioning water system, air conditioning air system, split air conditioning system and refrigerant pipe system, etc. The project started in May 2024 and is now nearing completion, with a planned completion date of September 30, 2025. Project highlights: 1. Multiple and large-scale project units; 2. High construction difficulty due to the air conditioning main room being located on the roof; 3. Implementation of new acceptance procedures for fire protection projects in Shanghai; 4. High quality requirements, using multiple new technologies and processes. As an old team of Qian'an, the project department of the Tenth Company is composed of a group of experienced members. Based on the characteristics of the project, comprehensive management measures have been formulated, and the project is operating smoothly. Project excellence goals: Municipal high-quality structure, Shanghai Magnolia Award. After listening to the project report, the comprehensive inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the safety, quality, and real-name system on-site and data. At the summary and exchange meeting, the inspection team and the project department conducted in-depth exchanges. Each line put forward suggestions on the weak aspects of the project department's management, and at the same time hoped that the project department could learn from its strengths and weaknesses and continue to give play to the company's strengths. Finally, the head of the inspection team and general manager Zhang Jian made a summary and instructions. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
