Jianshan R&D Building Floors 1-8 Decoration and Electromechanical Engineering Project - Group Comprehensive Inspection

On June 21, 2025, a comprehensive inspection team from the Group Company visited the Jianshan R&D Building Floors 1-8 Decoration and Electromechanical Engineering Project, located in Huangwan Town, Jianshan District, Haining City, Zhejiang Province. The project covers a total construction area of 28,057.72 square meters and a land area of 8,689 square meters. It is an eight-story integrated R&D, office, and exchange functional area. The construction scope of this project includes eight floors above ground, mainly involving building decoration, electrical, power, HVAC, fire protection, automation, and water supply and drainage. The project is undertaken by the Group's Fifteenth Branch Company, with a contract price of 49 million. JinkoSolar and the Group Company have a long-term cooperation. The project is a core carrier of the energy research and development innovation base. The Jianshan R&D Building, the report hall, and the energy storage building project bear the important mission of promoting the research and development and application of new energy technologies. The project's main challenges are: 1. Tight schedule; 2. High requirements for high-end decoration quality; 3. Small space and many pipelines. The project team consists of a group of experienced members. Through early planning and process control, the project department has resolved on-site difficulties, and the project is nearing completion, striving for one-time acceptance upon completion.

After listening to the project report, the comprehensive inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the on-site safety, quality, and real-name system, as well as related documents. At the summary and exchange meeting, the inspection team and the project department conducted in-depth exchanges. Each line put forward constructive suggestions based on the characteristics of the project, which greatly contributed to the improvement of the project department's overall level. Finally, the head of the inspection team and General Manager Zhang Jian made a summary and instructions, stating that the contributions made by the Fifteenth Branch Company to the Group Company in recent years are visible to all, and hoping that they will continue to maintain a good cooperative relationship with the major client JinkoSolar, safeguarding the Group's resilient development.
