On June 20, 2025, a comprehensive inspection team from the Group Company visited the Yinxiang Whisky Estate (Hangzhou Qiandao Lake) Co., Ltd. Whisky Estate general contracting project. The project is under construction by the Group's Jinrun Branch 026 project team, located at No. 6669, Qiandao Lake Avenue, Chun'an County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The total project cost is 149.7 million yuan, with a total construction area of 50,132 square meters. The project is divided into three contract sections: new factory buildings, new catering and parking lot, and landscaping. The project contract was implemented on June 12, 2024. Currently, the project is progressing on schedule as required by the client. Project challenges include: 1. High environmental protection requirements in the tourist area; 2. Many high-risk and extremely high-risk projects (deep foundation pits, high-formwork); 3. Protection of valuable equipment and finished products of the client; 4. Extensive cross-construction; 5. Complex geological conditions, mainly rock. After signing the contract, a project team of experienced personnel was selected. All project members are certified. The project team focuses on early planning and process control measures tailored to the project's characteristics. Currently, all aspects of the project are operating well. After listening to the project report, the comprehensive inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the safety, quality, and real-name system on-site and documentation. At the final exchange meeting, the inspection team and the project team engaged in in-depth discussions. They expressed satisfaction with the corporate image promotion, civilized construction, on-site safety control, labor real-name system management, and construction process quality control. At the same time, they hope that the project team will maintain a good management level and reach a higher level. Finally, General Manager Zhang Jian made a concluding summary, expressing gratitude for the project team's efforts and hoping that the project team will continue to add luster to Qi'an in this general contracting project combining industry and tourism, and make due contributions to the Group's centenary plan.
