PLAITE (Zhejiang) Technology Co., Ltd.'s 32,000-ton annual output of functional new materials project - Group comprehensive inspection

On June 19, 2025, a comprehensive inspection team from the Group Company visited the main corridor, anion resin workshop, and packaging workshop electromechanical engineering construction contract project of PLAITE (Zhejiang) Technology Co., Ltd.'s 32,000-ton annual output of functional new materials project. The project, undertaken by the Group's Petrochemical Branch, is located in the D-11 plot of Quzhou Zhizao New City High-tech Zone, Kecheng District, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The contract price is 56.96 million, with a total construction area of 33,118.73 m². The contract construction scope involves three major construction areas: 0001 main corridor, 2200 anion resin workshop, and 2400 packaging workshop; the project contract duration is from April 10, 2025 to February 9, 2026. Project challenges: 1. Large scaffolding workload; 2. Limited space, large number, and tight schedule for equipment installation; 3. Installation and protection of glass-lined equipment; 4. High quality requirements. The Petrochemical Branch immediately formed an elite project team. Based on the project's challenges, the project department adopted a series of countermeasures (detailed preparation of various special plans, reasonable arrangement of construction schedules, and reasonable allocation of human and material resources). Project excellence goal: China Petrochemical High-Quality Installation Engineering. After listening to the project report, the comprehensive inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the on-site safety, quality, and real-name system, as well as the relevant data. At the summary and exchange meeting, the inspection team and the project department conducted in-depth exchanges, expressing their recognition of the project department's management and hoping to promote the excellent practices of foreign investment management to other domestic projects of the Group. Finally, the head of the inspection team and general manager, Zhang Jian, made a summary and instructions, hoping that the Petrochemical Branch will continue to shine in the foreign-invested petrochemical field, uphold the Qi'an brand flag, and make due contributions to the Group's resilient development.
