Kaiseng Junheng Southwest Region First-Class Water-Resistant Neutral Borosilicate Pharmaceutical Glass Packaging Material Project - Group Comprehensive Inspection

On June 17, 2025, a comprehensive inspection team from the Group Company came to the Kaiseng Junheng Southwest Region First-Class Water-Resistant Neutral Borosilicate Pharmaceutical Glass Packaging Material Project to inspect and guide the work. The project is located in Tongliang District, Chongqing City. The Phase I project consists of 8 single buildings, with a total construction area of 28,742 square meters. It is general contracted by Jiangsu Qi'an Construction Group Jincheng Branch, with a contract price of 64.8 million yuan. The project started construction on December 6, 2023, and is scheduled for completion and acceptance on August 30, 2025.
The project is invested and constructed by Kaiseng Junheng Pharmaceutical Glass (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the state-owned enterprise China Building Materials Kaiseng Technology Group. As the undertaking enterprise of China Building Materials' pharmaceutical glass sector, it independently researches and develops key core technologies such as high-efficiency melting and high-precision forming of pharmaceutical borosilicate glass tubes, solving the "bottleneck" problems of difficult clarification and homogenization, and easy volatilization of boron elements, filling a domestic gap. After the completion of Phase I, the project will have an annual output of 10,000 tons of neutral borosilicate pharmaceutical glass tubes. Currently, the overall progress of the project has reached 75%, and all construction work is proceeding steadily and orderly.
The inspection team conducted a comprehensive and multi-dimensional "physical examination" of the project through various methods, including listening to reports on project management, on-site physical inspections, review of account books and materials, and exchange interviews. The inspection team went deep into the construction site to view the project progress, quality and safety control, and real-name management. At the review meeting, members of the inspection team summarized and provided feedback on the inspection content of each line, comprehensively analyzing the achievements and shortcomings of the project management work, and putting forward guiding opinions and suggestions to promote refined project management, provide guidance, and offer strategies.
Zhang Jian, the head of the inspection team and general manager of the Group, gave a comprehensive evaluation of the project. He affirmed the achievements made by the project team and required that all efforts be made to ensure resource support and that the project construction be promoted safely and orderly. He emphasized that the project management team should adhere to a problem-oriented approach, coordinate the relationship with the construction unit, expand the Phase II project, comprehensively improve management efficiency, enhance the Qi'an brand, and strive for the sustainable and resilient development of the Qi'an cause.
