Group company personnel visited the deep foundation pit construction site of Haimen Station of the North Jiangsu High-speed Railway

On the afternoon of May 13, the Construction Professional Committee of Nantong Municipal Society of Civil Engineering organized a visit to the deep foundation pit construction site of Haimen North Station of the North Jiangsu High-speed Railway, and personnel from the group company participated.
Haimen North Station is an underground station with a three-story frame structure. The underground first floor is a transfer passage, the underground second floor is the Huyu Rong High-speed Railway yard (scale of 2 platforms and 6 lines), and the underground third floor is planned for intercity, subway, and airport express lines. The project is general contracted by China Railway First Group Co., Ltd., and is one of the few transportation hubs in China that integrates various transportation modes such as high-speed rail, airport, subway, intercity, bus, and taxi.
The foundation pit of Haimen North Station is an ultra-large and ultra-deep foundation pit. The total length of the foundation pit is 1800m, of which the foundation pit in the reserved area of the intercity station in the middle is 106.4m long and 168.5m wide, with a pit depth of 28.4m; the total length of the foundation pit in the high-speed railway station areas on both sides is 1693.6m, with a width of 15.3m~65.3m, and a pit depth of 18.1m. The supporting scheme of diaphragm wall/bored pile + internal support is adopted. During the construction process, the project department comprehensively uses information technology means such as cloud computing, big data, mobile technology, and intelligent equipment, realizing three intelligent deep foundation pit systems: intelligent dewatering of the foundation pit, automatic monitoring of the foundation pit, and safety intelligent monitoring system of gantry cranes, comprehensively improving the level of safe production automation.
