The group company sent representatives to participate in training aimed at enhancing capabilities in preventing workplace injuries during construction projects.

To further enhance the group’s capacity for workplace injury prevention in the construction sector and strengthen its safety management practices, on November 4, the Group dispatched representatives to attend a training workshop focused on boosting injury prevention capabilities among Jiangsu Province’s construction companies and their project sites. The training program centered on the core safety needs of the construction industry, with key topics including an in-depth discussion of injury prevention strategies and workers’ compensation policies, as well as hands-on analysis of common safety hazards and real-world accident cases in construction projects. Throughout the session, participants remained fully engaged, diligently noting down critical policy insights and cautionary case studies. They also actively exchanged ideas with instructors and peers from other companies, addressing specific challenges frequently encountered in managing safety across the group’s ongoing projects—thereby broadening their perspectives on effective safety management approaches. Participants praised the training for its practical, highly targeted content, which not only reinforced their understanding of the theoretical foundations of injury prevention but also significantly improved their ability to identify and address potential risks in the field. Moving forward, they pledged to translate the knowledge gained into concrete actions, applying these lessons to the safety management of all ongoing construction projects under the Group’s umbrella. This will help solidify the company’s commitment to maintaining robust safety standards, ultimately safeguarding the Group’s resilient and high-quality development journey.
