On November 5, the Group was invited to attend the High-Quality Development Symposium for Key Enterprises from Other Provinces and Cities Stationed in Shanghai, jointly organized by the Shanghai Municipal Task Force on Stabilizing Growth in the Construction Sector and the Administrative Service Center of the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Management Committee. The event brought together 38 key enterprises that have established a presence in Shanghai, with five participating companies invited to share their insights. Wang Jian, Head of the Shanghai Region, delivered an exchange speech on behalf of the Group. This participation marks the official recognition of the Group as a key enterprise from another province/city focused on development in Shanghai by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, providing strong support and assurance for the Group to successfully secure and execute business opportunities in the city going forward.
