On June 25, 2025, the Group's comprehensive inspection team visited the Zhangjiagang Dow project for inspection and guidance. This project is an annual maintenance project of Jinwei Company, providing daily electrical and instrument maintenance, mechanical maintenance, project transformation, and annual overhaul for Dow Chemical Factory, Siloxane, and Dow Organic Silicon. It belongs to a hazardous chemical work environment: flammable, explosive, toxic, harmful, high-temperature, low-temperature, corrosive, and confined space operations. Since becoming a qualified Dow supplier in 2009, Jinwei has been providing services to this day. Due to its outstanding performance, it has received numerous awards, including Excellent Contractor and Safety Excellence Award, establishing QIAN's brand reputation for high efficiency, quick response, and guaranteed quality in maintenance services. The inspection team listened to the project team's report, inspected the project site and internal documents, and had in-depth exchanges with the project team on construction safety management, technological improvement, quality optimization, strict adherence to industry standards and Dow's regulations, and focusing on node maintenance. The inspection team fully affirmed the project team's professional characteristics and technological advantages in the maintenance industry.
General Manager Zhang Jian fully affirmed the dedication of Jinwei and other units over the past ten years, encouraging Jinwei Company to continue its efforts and work with its sister units to develop the inspection and maintenance sector into a distinctive QIAN sector. Chen Yongfu, head of Jinwei branch, stated that in the field of special equipment, professional personnel will be arranged to ensure the implementation of Document No. 73, which emphasizes daily control and weekly inspections! The project department is required to maintain the corresponding profit margin to ensure the company's sustainable development while ensuring quality and safety!

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.
