On June 26, 2025, the Group's comprehensive inspection team conducted an inspection and guidance of the Nanchang Medical University Changzhou Medical Health Technology Park's new construction project, Phase I, Building 04 laboratory special project. This project is a major Jiangsu provincial livelihood security project, undertaken by Jiangsu Qi'an Jinrun 035 Project Department. Located in the core area of the two lakes, it will help build a new medical talent demonstration area. The contract price is 30.44 million yuan, and the construction period is 46 days. To ensure quality and construction period, the project department quickly formed a professional and efficient management team headed by Zhang Haibo. From contract signing to construction deployment, the team implemented layer-by-layer control and gradual implementation. With cost control as the core, the project optimized resource allocation and coordinated quality, safe and civilized construction, and funding. Project characteristics: tight construction period, multiple construction units, multiple internal and external coordination, low floor height, and high difficulty in space management; Project focus: laboratory radiation protection and electromagnetic shielding. The project team held a special meeting to strictly control risks, and implemented a reverse schedule for progress, using a chart-based approach. Currently, the progress is controllable and has reached 90%.
The inspection team listened to the project department's report and inspected the project's physical entity, quality and safety real-name management, and related materials. They affirmed the continuous improvement of the project department's management level and required the project department to increase funding coordination, strengthen cost control and subcontracting management. They hoped that the project department would continue to strengthen its management capabilities, introduce talent to adapt to market changes, update its knowledge, connect with the company's cost and centralized procurement systems, showcase its characteristics in the context of homogeneous competition, and secure a place in the high-end competitive environment. Zhang Haibo, the person in charge of Jinrun 035 Project Department, expressed gratitude for the valuable suggestions from the Group Company. The project department will shift its business thinking, innovate in high-quality public construction projects and pharmaceutical projects while ensuring its basic business, accumulating strength for the company's steady and long-term development!
