Baoying Mountain Sunlight Photovoltaic Power Generation Project - Group Comprehensive Inspection
On June 27, 2025, the comprehensive inspection team of the Group Corporation came to the Jinhe Optoelectronics Mountain Sunlight Photovoltaic Power Generation Project for inspection and guidance. The project is located in Shanyang Town, Baoying County, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The main construction content is photovoltaic power generation with integrated aquaculture and photovoltaic power generation. A newly built 150MWp photovoltaic power station and a 110kV substation with a total area of 2212.8 mu. The expected DC-side installed capacity is 150.0772MWp, and the AC-side rated capacity is 120MW. It is planned to use 242,060 pieces of 620Wp monocrystalline silicon double-sided photovoltaic modules. The contract price of this project is 319 million yuan, and the construction period is 365 days. This project strictly follows the specifications and design requirements for construction. In the on-site work, the quality control of main materials, including pipe piles, support steel structures, steel strands, components, etc., is emphasized. The coordination of cross-professional construction is coordinated to control the project progress. At the same time, this project uses cable-supported flexible brackets for photovoltaic brackets. Compared with the traditional fixed bracket structure scheme, the cable-supported flexible bracket has less steel consumption, fewer pile foundations, large span, large load-bearing capacity, and low cost. It is suitable for application sites such as water pools and fish ponds. This is the company's first photovoltaic flexible bracket integrated aquaculture and photovoltaic project.
The inspection team inspected the project's physical construction quality, quality technology, safety, and real-name management materials, and provided corresponding improvement suggestions. It pointed out that the project needs to further strengthen the details in some construction details, safety control, and the real-name system. In view of the characteristics of large-scale water operations and high-altitude operations in the later stage of the project, the project department is required to further strengthen the safety management of temporary electricity and high-altitude operations. It is suggested that the project should bravely stand at the forefront of the Group Corporation's creation of excellence and safety, and continue to lead. Zhang Jian, the head of the inspection team, pointed out that due to its own characteristics, photovoltaic projects often pose more challenges to various aspects of project management during the actual on-site construction process. Jinhe Optoelectronics team needs to continue to cultivate photovoltaic projects, taking this project as a reference, giving full play to the construction creativity and rich on-site experience of project technicians, and continuing to expand the company's quality reputation in the photovoltaic sector. At the same time, the work of the company's assigned personnel on the project is also fully affirmed. It is hoped that the Jinhe Optoelectronics branch will strengthen its contact with the Group Corporation in terms of technological innovation, personnel management, and cost control, and take the lead in applying the Group Corporation's management philosophy to project management, providing more feedback and communication. In the current market environment, more attention should be paid to improving overall production efficiency, balancing cost expenditures, and further improving the quality of operation. Zhou Xuedong, deputy general manager of Jinhe Optoelectronics, expressed sincere gratitude for the valuable suggestions made by the inspection team and required the project department to carefully review its work efficiency after daily work, constantly think about how to improve its work level and actively discover other loopholes in project management, learn from the guidance opinions put forward by the inspection team, and further improve the branch's performance.
