Qidong City Fisheries Development Industrial Park (A Zone), (B Zone), (C Zone) Project - Group Comprehensive Inspection
On July 1, 2025, the Group's inspection team visited the Lusi Fisheries Development Industrial Park under construction by Jiepu Branch for inspection and guidance. The project is divided into three areas: A, B, and C. Areas A and B are trading markets (8 single buildings), and Area C is a cold storage (7 single buildings). The total construction area is 145,901.54 square meters, with a construction cost of 398 million yuan. The construction content includes piles, underground and above-ground structures, decoration, strong and weak electricity, fire protection, water supply and drainage, ventilation, elevators, sewage treatment systems, landscape greening, and outdoor supporting facilities. The tight construction period is the main difficulty of this project. At the beginning of the project, the branch company carefully planned the construction scheme and formulated a strict schedule to ensure the project's completion ahead of schedule. It includes two ultra-high-risk and six high-risk projects. Jiepu Branch established a professional team to develop special construction plans, organized expert reviews, and selected high-quality construction teams. Through careful planning and coordination, it finally overcame numerous difficulties, including many professional fields, a large amount of coordination work, a tight schedule, and multiple cross-operations. Currently, all indicators meet the owner's and contract requirements, fully demonstrating the craftsmanship of Jiangsu Qian'an on this project.
After listening to the project report, the inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the on-site safety, quality, and real-name system, as well as related documents. At the summary and exchange meeting, the inspection team and the project department conducted in-depth exchanges, and each line put forward good suggestions on the management details of the project department, hoping to further improve the project management level. Finally, the head of the inspection team and general manager, Zhang Jian, summarized the achievements of the branch company in the local market and hoped that the project department would continue to improve its project management level, pay attention to quality issues and details, establish a good brand image for Qian'an in the local area, and make due contributions to the Group's resilient development.
