On November 20, Yin Weidong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Corporation, visited and exchanged views at the Hongqiao International Central Business District in Shanghai. At Midea’s Global Innovation Park, the Chairman and his delegation toured Midea’s R&D center, gaining an in-depth understanding of its core R&D directions and production layout. At the park’s high-efficiency data center, constructed by Yao Yongtao’s team from the Group’s Jinrun Branch, the Chairman and Yao Yongtao’s group listened carefully to Midea specialists’ explanations on the implementation procedures and technical highlights of the “Five-Step Method for High-Efficiency Data Centers,” particularly in key areas such as operational control and intelligent monitoring. This visit laid a solid practical foundation for the company’s future deepening of its expertise in high-efficiency data center renovations and expansion into related business areas. 
The Chairman also attended the bidding and negotiation meeting for the mechanical and electrical engineering project of the new headquarters of Bosideng Shanghai in the Hongqiao International Central Business District. Through this event, he gained a deeper understanding of Hongqiao’s cutting-edge sectors, industrial strengths, and policy orientations, providing strategic support for the company to continuously expand its specialized business segments and deepen its regional market presence. In early December, the results of the 2025 Grade-I Constructor Qualification Examination were released. A total of eight employees from the Group Company passed the exam (four each in Municipal Engineering and Construction specialties).
