On August 16-17, the 2023 Mid year Work Conference of the Group Company was held at the Minshan Hotel in Chengdu, the Land of Abundance. Nearly 80 senior executives of the group company, leaders of headquarters departments, regions, branch offices, and project department representatives attended. Qidong Municipal People's Congress, Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, and relevant leaders were invited to attend the meeting. The conference is chaired by Zhang Jian, Executive Vice President of the group.
The theme of this meeting is to carefully summarize and reflect on the work in the first half of the year, further recognize the severe situation and challenges currently faced, mobilize the whole group to firmly believe in resilient development, face difficulties and risks, work together to survive, and take on the responsibility and struggle to achieve the annual work goals and the group's resilient development. During the meeting, attendees observed the Sichuan Yabao project constructed by the Petrochemical Company, and representatives from various lines, relevant regions, and branches of the group made communication speeches. The meeting also reported on the comprehensive inspection of the group in the first half of the year.
Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, delivered a keynote speech at the conference titled "Facing Difficulties and Upcoming Risks, Working Together to Survive". Since the beginning of the year, the group has firmly grasped the key to work, bravely fought against difficulties, and made every effort to overcome difficulties and achieve results. It has effectively resolved risks and challenges, and formed a resilient development trend. As of the end of July, the newly signed contract amount has increased compared to the same period last year, which is encouraging. We have worked hard in industries such as foreign investment, mechatronics, petrochemicals, biopharmaceuticals, and photovoltaics, and have achieved many exciting sales. Make every effort in risk control, and demonstrate the effectiveness of service sinking; Significant achievements have been made in clearing debts and collecting debts, and the corporate image continues to improve, shining with culture on the path of pursuing dreams. On how to do a good job in the second half of the year, Yin Weidong proposed a work approach of both clearing debts and expanding operations. He also proposed four work suggestions: firstly, taking neighbors as the police, learning from lessons, and building confidence for resilient development. Achieve correct understanding, serious thinking, respect for common sense, and work together. The second is to leverage my strengths, expand the market, and lay a solid foundation for resilient development. To promote the main business of installation, adhere to solid roots, closely adhere to integrated development, adhere to deep cooperation, focus on the photovoltaic field, adhere to strengthening the achievements, focus on EPC projects, and adhere to capacity improvement. The third is to improve measures and sink services to provide guarantees for resilient development. Require continuous debt clearance and collection, ensure stable cash flow of the company, continue to focus on project management, and improve sinking service capabilities. The fourth is to guide party building, promote culture, and provide strength for resilient development. Demanding continued strengthening of the Party's leadership and shaping the concept of "integrity and peace"; Convey love and warmth, and build a "harmonious Qi'an"; Carefully plan and design to create a beautiful "cultural Qi'an". The meeting called on all members of the group to work together in the same boat, work together with one heart, strengthen confidence, face difficulties, and strive for the resilience and development of the Qi'an cause throughout the year!
Shen Haimin, Deputy Director of the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Qidong City, gave a speech at the meeting, fully affirming that Jiangsu Qi'an, as a benchmark enterprise in Qidong construction, has seized the opportunity in the face of adversity, bravely won in the face of challenges, fully implemented the new development concept, and has been awarded the first place among the top 100 construction enterprises in Jiangsu Province for 14 consecutive years. For many years, it has won the A-level honor of tax credit, and has paid over 100 million yuan in local finance and taxation. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
