Brave in the face of danger, brave in fighting the fire, and show responsibility for righteousness
——Heroic firefighting deeds of the Heping Village project department
At around 1:50 pm on August 9th, a fire broke out at the Yucai Bookstore located at the south entrance of Heping Village due to a short circuit in the air conditioning socket in the attic. For a moment, thick smoke billowed and an open flame shot out several meters from the rear window, making the situation very critical.
At the critical moment, Gao Jian, the construction leader of the Heping Village Rainwater and Sewage Diversion Renovation Project of the Dongrun Company of the group, and other personnel happened to arrive nearby to prepare for construction. They saw thick smoke and open flames emanating from the bookstore attic, and immediately organized workers to carry out firefighting and rescue work. When the three fire trucks arrived, the open fire had been initially extinguished by them. After the firefighters arrived, they continued to carry out the fire extinguishing operation until it was confirmed that the fire had cleared before leaving.
The Heping Village project department, facing the raging flames at a critical moment, bravely stepped forward and fought to save the property losses of Yucai Bookstore, maintaining the safety of the lives and property of the bookstore's neighbors and upstairs residents. It was recognized by the fire department and the on-site crowd.
In order to promote the spirit of courage and righteousness and transmit positive social energy, the company has decided to commend and reward the Heping Village Project Department after research. (Dongrun Company)
