Chen Fei, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and head of the Jinhe Photovoltaic Branch, has been working at Qian’an in Jiangsu for 13 years, consistently focusing on new energy sectors such as photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation, and energy storage. Under his leadership, the Jinhe Photovoltaic Branch successfully connected to the grid throughout the year various projects including the 100 MW photovoltaic project in Jingyuan undertaken by China Electric Engineering Corporation, the 120 MW photovoltaic project in Shanyang also by China Electric Engineering Corporation, the Baidi Composite Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Fengjie, Chongqing, and the 115 MW agro-photovoltaic complementary project in Tianzi Lake Town, Anji. Throughout the year, the branch achieved a construction output value of 800 million yuan, paid 30 million yuan in taxes, and remitted 11.68 million yuan in group management fees. The company’s independently developed projects—the 150 MW Cangyuan Anye project in Yunnan, the 80 MW fishery-photovoltaic complementary project in Hanjiang undertaken by China Electric Engineering Corporation, and the 350 MW fishery-photovoltaic complementary project in Dafeng Port’s Zero-Carbon Digital Intelligent Fishery Industry Demonstration Park—all have secured construction permits and are scheduled to complete project bidding procedures in the first half of 2026, with an estimated total contract value of 1.8 billion yuan.

You are this year’s influential figure—the head of the Group’s Jinhe Optoelectronics Branch, Chen Fei!

Yin Weibiao, a member of the Communist Party of China, serves as the Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and is in charge of the Maosheng International branch. Since founding the Jiangsu Qian’an Maosheng International Engineering Branch in early 2016, he has undertaken a wide range of high-quality foreign-invested projects across China, including those for Siemens in Shanghai, Sanofi in Hangzhou, Merck in Ningbo, Reckitt Benckiser in Shanghai, Eli Lilly in Suzhou, Blue Weston in Inner Mongolia, and Diya Ji in Yunnan. In the past two years, affected by the broader economic environment, the company has faced a shortage of new projects. Despite these challenges, Yin has led the entire Maosheng team to rise to the occasion, making every effort to expand into markets nationwide. Throughout the year, the company achieved a construction output value of 650 million yuan, signed new contracts worth 627 million yuan, and paid service fees totaling 10.32 million yuan.

Benchmarking against global standards! The Jotun Zhangjiagang project has successfully passed the safety audit conducted by its Norwegian headquarters.

In mid-September, a foreign‑owned owner‑audit expert team from Jotun’s Norwegian headquarters conducted a three‑day, headquarter‑level specialized safety audit at the Jotun Zhangjiagang project site undertaken by the Group.


The Roche (Shanghai) project of the Group has successfully achieved 2 million safe man-hours.

On September 17, the Roche (Shanghai) Biopharmaceutical Production Base project, undertaken by the Group, successfully reached the milestone of 2 million safe man-hours.


The Group dispatched personnel to attend the training on building trustworthy quality teams in chemical engineering construction.

On September 16–17, the China Chemical Construction Enterprises Association held a training course on building “Quality‑Trusted Work Teams” in Chengdu, with representatives from the Group in attendance. The training featured a live lecture by Shi Jie, a senior expert of the Association.


Good News Abounds | The Group Has Secured Multiple Emerging Industry Projects in Succession

In the golden autumn season, bountiful harvests abound, and new‑generation growth sectors showcase their strength. Since August, leveraging its deep-rooted expertise and core competencies in industrial installation, the Group has successively won bids for five key projects in emerging productivity fields, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 250 million, injecting robust momentum into its resilient year‑end performance.


Two QC achievements of the Group have been awarded at the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Achievement Competition.

Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.


The Group convened a special meeting to study and implement the spirit of the branch‑company representatives’ symposium.

On the afternoon of August 31, the Group convened a meeting of heads of regional companies and departmental offices in the fourth-floor conference room at its headquarters to deliberate on the implementation of the spirit of the symposium for branch‑office representatives held by the Group on August 30.
