Gu Hongjiang, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and Head of the Hengli Branch, has been recognized multiple times as an outstanding entrepreneur in the construction industry by Qidong City. Under his leadership, the branch team has achieved significant accomplishments across various sectors, including automotive, chemical industry, logistics warehousing, EPC general contracting projects, electronic manufacturing facilities, wind power, and cold storage facilities. In the past year, the branch won bids for major projects such as the 60,000-ton-per-year metal processing coating materials new construction project of Quaker Goodfellow Materials Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., and the laboratory expansion project of ExxonMobil Daya Bay R&D Center. The Zhangjiagang Quaker project, which he oversaw during construction, earned top honors in the Group’s first-half comprehensive inspection, ranking third in safety, third in quality, and second in real-name management.

Yu Jin, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and Head of the Petrochemical Branch, adheres to the business philosophy of “Delivering first-class construction through meticulous workmanship and striving for reputation with high-quality service.” He actively explores new avenues, remains forward-looking and enterprising, and pursues pragmatic innovation, achieving remarkable results and earning a solid reputation in the field of foreign-invested petrochemical projects. This past year, he undertook the Qidong Huisheng Offshore Equipment Base Project for Qidong Huisheng Offshore Equipment Co., Ltd., as well as the mechanical and electrical engineering projects—including the main corridor, anion resin workshop, and packaging workshop—for the 32,000-ton-per-year functional new materials project of Piao Lait (Zhejiang) Technology Co., Ltd.
Having long since earned a stellar reputation in the petrochemical industry, he now wields the prestigious “petrochemical command” with great distinction. He is well-versed in modern management practices, places great emphasis on project control, and excels at leveraging various cutting-edge technologies. Under his leadership, a string of high-profile projects have been successfully secured—from Borealis to Qidong Huisheng Offshore Engineering, from Albemarle Sichuan to Dow Silicones, and including Wacker Chemie—enriching and elevating Qian’an Petrochemical’s remarkable achievements!
You are this year’s industry leader—the head of the Group’s Petrochemical Branch, Yu Jin!

Xu Weidong, a member of the Communist Party of China, is the Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and the head of the Dongcheng Branch. Since the establishment of the branch, he has specialized in market projects for foreign-invested companies, with petrochemicals as the core business. He is thoroughly familiar with the construction management requirements and procedures of foreign-invested companies and management firms. The installation project for Tank Farm No. 23 of Shanghai Fubao, which he oversaw, was awarded the Shanghai Municipal High-Quality Installation Project Award and the East China Regional High-Quality Installation Project Award this year.
Expand markets, create high-quality products, and strengthen management—anchoring firmly in the foreign-invested joint-venture sector with the sincerity unique to Qidong people. We’ve secured contracts for ten key projects in quick succession, and our collection of payments and fulfillment of contractual obligations have been remarkably efficient and smoothly implemented. Accounts receivable from ongoing projects are promising. Deeply committed to building premium-quality projects, we’ve earned prestigious awards such as the Shanghai Quality Engineering Award and the East China Cup. Huang Lin, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and Head of the Jiepu Branch, has successively undertaken a number of large-scale public construction projects in the local market, including the Guoxin Qidong Heating Network Project, the Dongsheng Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, and the Qidong City Fishery Development Industrial Park. As a key player, he has helped Qian’an establish a strong brand presence in his hometown. The Qidong City Fishery Development Industrial Park project, which he oversaw, has received numerous awards, including the 2025 Jiangsu Province New Technology Application Engineering Award in the Construction Industry and the 2025 Nantong City Star-Level Construction Site Award.

Gu Xinhua, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and Head of the Huagen Branch. Since its establishment, the branch has been deeply rooted in the local market of his hometown, leading the branch team to accurately analyze market trends and focus on the construction of key regional supporting facilities. He has spearheaded the coordinated advancement of two major ongoing projects: the construction of commercial and residential supporting facilities for Plot 23036 (Section II) and the first-phase project of supporting buildings and outdoor auxiliary facilities for the Port Management Zone in the Lüsi Coastal Fishing Port Economic Zone of Qidong City. These efforts have significantly contributed to the development of education in his hometown and the advancement of port infrastructure construction.

On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
