Pioneer of Key Tasks for 2025

Pioneer of Key Tasks for 2025

Yu Chengjian, a member of the Communist Party of China, a senior accountant, and the chief accountant of the group company, has throughout the year closely adhered to the spirit of the 7th session of the 3rd Board of Directors. He has pursued development amid resilience and successfully addressed the challenges, notably by effectively managing the guarantee risks arising from the mutual credit guarantees between Nantong Second Construction Company and its affiliates. He also proactively tackled financial risks posed by banks’ tightening of loan policies, fully accomplishing the annual task of transferring loans totaling 740 million yuan. Furthermore, he resolved liquidity risks caused by supplier lawsuits and asset freezes, reducing the amount frozen in basic accounts to its lowest level in nearly three years. Additionally, he handled tax risks associated with fictitious invoicing in project-related transactions, thereby avoiding administrative penalties from the tax authorities.

Shi Hairong, a Grade-I Constructor, Senior Engineer, and head of the Third Branch Company, leads his team in carrying out daily maintenance and technical renovation projects at foreign-invested chemical plants—projects that involve simultaneous production and construction. Rooted firmly on-site, he aligns with the group company’s centralized procurement requirements, meticulously identifies and verifies materials needed for each project, and through optimizing construction plans and efficiently allocating human resources, significantly enhances construction efficiency and achieves refined management objectives.

Chen Yongfu, a member of the Communist Party of China, is a Grade-I Construction Engineer, Senior Engineer, and head of the Jinwei Branch. Closely aligned with the Group’s key annual tasks, he firmly implements the strategic plans of the Group Corporation, focusing his work on tackling challenging projects and controlling costs. He has deepened digital operations in projects to drive cost reductions and efficiency improvements: leveraging OA, Hongquan, and NAS systems to establish a closed-loop management system covering the entire process, promoting full online transformation of business operations, accelerating approval processes by 40%, and achieving cumulative cost savings exceeding 5%.

The citation for the award presented to the pioneers of key tasks is— To defuse risks, you’re on the front lines, leaving no stone unturned. In centralized procurement, you actively benchmark against industry standards and take the lead in implementation. In cost control, you dig deep and pay meticulous attention to every single detail. By fully immersing yourself in the work, you demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and set an example in fulfilling your duties. Kudos to the pioneers driving the Group’s key initiatives!
