Gong Sheng, a member of the Communist Party of China, joined Qian’an in January 2021. Over the years, he has served as the electrical engineering manager for mechanical and electrical installation projects at Yantai Wanrun Machinery & Electronics, Anhui Shucheng Electronics, Tianjin CanSino, and other companies. He is known for his meticulous and conscientious work ethic, hands-on approach, and ability to lead his project team to successfully complete construction tasks. With solid professional technical skills and outstanding business competence, he has earned unanimous praise from both clients and colleagues.

Yu Xiaohai, a member of the Communist Party of China, is a Grade-I Construction Engineer and a Grade-I Cost Engineer. He is responsible for cost management and operations in the Tibet region. Over the years, he has completed the preparation of bid documents and contract reviews for projects totaling approximately 3.045 billion yuan, thereby generating significant economic benefits and enhancing the company’s social reputation. He actively participates in the consolation and assistance activities organized by the Party Committee of the branch office for families in need, visiting and offering support to impoverished veteran Party members in communities such as Deji Kangsa, and delivering supplies including cooking oil and rice.

The Kuaike Haofudun project, undertaken by the Group, has officially entered production, and General Manager Zhang Jian was invited to attend the opening ceremony.

On the morning of June 25, the grand opening ceremony of Quake Haofudun Materials Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was held in the Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone. The Group’s Roche Pharmaceutical project employs air‑suspended air cushions to achieve non‑destructive construction.

In mid-June, the Roche Pharmaceuticals project, constructed by the Group’s Maosheng International Engineering Branch, successfully completed the indoor relocation of three 13-ton heavy-duty pieces of equipment within a high‑standard epoxy flooring area, utilizing an air‑suspension cushion‑lifting technique.

On June 2, the “Carrying Forward the Glory of Military Service, Ensuring the Well-being of Veteran Soldiers” Care Foundation was officially established at the Qidong Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs and the Municipal Charity Federation, under the leadership of Gong Shancong, Deputy General Manager of the Group. The foundation aims to “show care for veterans, alleviate their difficulties, safeguard their health and well-being, and spread warmth throughout society.”


The Group’s Roche Pharmaceutical Project has been awarded the One-Million-Safety-Hours Award.

On June 5, the Roche (Shanghai) Biopharmaceutical Production Base Project (Phase I) held a ceremony to celebrate reaching one million safe man-hours, and the Group was presented with a commemorative trophy.
