The citation for the award presented to this year’s outstanding project leader is— On the black earth of Northeast China, you braved the bitter cold to climb wind-turbine towers and created a miracle; at mechanical and electrical installation sites, you devoted your heart and soul to overcoming challenges, earning frequent praise from foreign colleagues; back home in your hometown, you pursued perfection in every detail, building high-quality products and establishing a strong brand; and by the shores of Qiandao Lake, you used unwavering loyalty to define a new quality standard for hidden whisky.
