(1) Jinhe Optoelectronics Branch’s Taifu Energy Heilongjiang Fujin 300 MW Wind Power Project
The project leader, Jiang Xiongfei, oversees what is both Heilongjiang Province’s largest single-unit-capacity wind power project and the largest wind power project undertaken by Jiangsu Qian’an. The project’s total investment amounts to 1.87 billion yuan. China Electric Engineering Construction East China Survey and Design Institute serves as the EPC general contractor, while Jinhe Optoelectronics, as the project’s primary subcontractor, is responsible for four key components: construction of the accompanying step-up substation, 110-kilometer access roads within the site, installation of 440 towers along 120 kilometers of transmission lines, and construction of foundations for 36 adjustable platforms. The project broke ground in April 2024 and is scheduled for completion in May 2026.

(2) The new 60,000-ton-per-year metalworking coating materials project of Hengli Branch Company, Quik Goodfellow Materials Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
The project leader is Wu Lin. The project is located in the Yangtze River International Chemical Park in Zhangjiagang, covering an area of 29,037.69 square meters with a total construction area of 18,571.51 square meters. The first lot is valued at 112 million yuan, while the second lot is valued at 37 million yuan. Although the project site is relatively small, it comprises numerous individual buildings—altogether 11 structures. Currently, the first lot has been completed and is awaiting inspection, while the second lot (process-related) is 85% complete. The project has achieved 800,000 safe work hours to date. The project team has adopted a rigorous management approach, focusing on safety, quality, and schedule. During the Group’s comprehensive inspection in 2025, the project received outstanding results in quality, safety, and real-name management.

(3) The AstraZeneca Inhalable Aerosol Production Base Project of the International Engineering Branch of Maosheng
Project leader Yuan Zhong is overseeing a project with a contract value of nearly 180 million yuan. The project’s key responsibilities include mechanical and electrical installation, fire protection engineering, process engineering, cleanroom construction, and epoxy flooring. At the peak of construction, the site employed over 400 workers. The project utilized BIM technology to optimize construction plans and implemented modular prefabrication methods. Despite starting 23 days later than scheduled, all project milestones were completed on time, with some milestones even being finished ahead of schedule. The project fully enforced a comprehensive safety production responsibility system, achieving zero safety incidents and zero work-related injuries throughout the entire construction process, accumulating a total of 4.5 million safe man-hours. The project has received high praise from both the client, Qingdao AstraZeneca, and the general contractor, Vitec, laying a solid foundation for future strategic cooperation.

(4) Construction of Commercial and Residential Supporting Facilities for Plot 23036, Huagen Branch, Jiangsu Daya Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Section II)
The project is led by Gu Jianwei, the general contractor for the construction project. The total floor area of the project is 65,024.16 square meters, with a total construction cost of 415.33 million yuan. Over 2,000 professionals from various specialties are involved in the project. According to the contract, the scheduled construction period was 700 days, with work commencing on January 18, 2025. However, due to requirements from the Municipal Education Bureau and the construction entity, the project must be delivered and put into use by July 1, 2026—resulting in a compression of nearly six months in the construction schedule. Consequently, multiple trades and specialties must be integrated and coordinated throughout the construction process. The project faces numerous challenges, including a limited site area, prolonged seasonal climate cycles, and complex structural and interior design requirements. Additionally, it involves several highly challenging construction tasks, such as oversized beams and slabs, cantilevered formwork systems, and deep excavations. To address these difficulties, the project team has carefully planned and selected the best project teams and specialized subcontractors, and has proactively mapped out the construction sequence for each phase—including underground works, above-ground structures, structural engineering, and interior finishing—laying a solid foundation for the project’s timely completion.

(5) Project of the Jiepu Branch’s Qidong City Fishery Development Industrial Park (Area A), (Area B), and (Area C)
The project is led by Qian Wenhong, the general contractor for the construction of the Xianyu Town project located in Lüsigang Town, Qidong City. The project commenced on January 23, 2025, and is scheduled for completion on May 18, 2026. The total construction area of the project is 145,901.54 square meters, with a total contract value of 398 million yuan. The project primarily involves the general contracting of eight commercial buildings and seven cold storage facilities. The project includes such challenging tasks as dynamic compaction, prefabricated stair installation, and formwork construction for cold storage facilities reaching up to 9.18 meters in height—every single cold storage facility requires high-formwork support. The project faces significant construction difficulties, including complex geological conditions and a tight construction schedule. At the peak of construction, the number of workers reached 1,100. Currently, both the interior and exterior decoration of the main structure have been completed, earning high praise from the client and relevant authorities. As of now, the project has received the following honors: “New Technology Application Project in Jiangsu Province’s Construction Industry for 2025” and “Star-Level Construction Site of Nantong City for 2025.”

(6) Mechanical and electrical engineering for the main corridor, anion resin workshop, and packaging workshop of the 32,000-ton-per-year functional new materials project undertaken by the Petrochemical Branch’s Prolite.
The project is led by Xu Zhiming and is located on Plot D-11 in the High-Tech Zone of Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The contract value is 56.96 million yuan, and the total construction area of the project is 33,118.73 square meters. The scope of construction includes mechanical and electrical installation works for three separate buildings: Main Corridor 0001, 2200 Anion Resin Workshop, and 2400 Packaging Workshop. The construction work encompasses specialized tasks such as equipment and structural platform installation, piping installation, electrical installation, instrument installation, anti-corrosion treatments, and thermal insulation. The project commenced on April 12, 2025, and achieved mechanical completion on January 31, 2026. At the peak of construction, the number of workers reached 1,208, with the piping specialty alone employing up to 800 workers, including more than 130 pressure pipe welders. The project team has implemented strict quality control measures, reinforced safety management, and optimized resource allocation. The project’s goals for excellence and safety are to win the China National Chemical Engineering Quality Award.

(7) Expansion Project of the 40,000-ton Oil Tank and the Oil Tank Expansion Project for the Shanghai Directly-Managed Oil Depot of Limengdu Branch Company’s Central Reserve Grain Corporation
The project leader, Xu Kaishi, is located on the north side of the land area behind the base of the western harbor basin in the Lüsi Operation Zone of Lüsi Port. The project commenced on April 18, 2025, and is scheduled for completion on November 18, 2025. It covers an area of 3,500 square meters and has a total cost of 56 million yuan. The construction scope includes the building of an 80,000-ton oil tank along with its associated auxiliary facilities. This project marks Qian’an’s first general contracting construction project for Sinograin, as well as Qian’an’s very first tank installation project in its hometown. The project team has assembled an experienced management team that places particular emphasis on quality and safety management. In particular, safety education, safety training, and safety briefings are conducted with meticulous attention to detail and enriched with a variety of engaging activities. With the goal of winning the National Award for High-Quality Chemical Industry Projects, the project has organized QC group activities to comprehensively enhance its quality management level, ensuring that the project is executed with excellence and precision, thereby contributing Qian’an’s strength to the livelihood initiatives in our hometown.

(8) Jinrun Branch Company, Project Department 011 (Gao Wei), Rudong Fengli Town 40 MW Fishery-Solar Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project
The project is led by Wang Liubo, with a contract value of 97.95 million yuan. The project covers an area of 920 mu, has an AC-side capacity of 36 MW, and a DC-side capacity of 48.199 MW. It adopts a distributed generation and centralized grid-connection approach, dividing the system into 13 independent grid-connected power generation units. The project commenced on February 13, 2025, and was officially connected to the grid and began generating power on September 29, 2025. This marks the first project in the East China region completed on schedule by the East China Branch of China Energy Engineering Corporation New Energy. Despite facing numerous challenges—including tight deadlines, highly dispersed construction sites, and rapidly changing policies—the project team successfully met the owner’s requirement of connecting 930 units to the grid. At the peak of construction, the workforce reached as many as 300 people. Throughout the project, scattered rural ponds were revitalized. Through customized designs—each pond tailored to its specific conditions—and integrated with precision aquaculture, the same water bodies now achieve “dual use of water resources, simultaneous harvests of fish and electricity.”

(9) Jinrun Branch Company Project Department 015 (Zhang Hui): Nicaragua Corindó Port Operation and Technical Capacity Optimization Project
The project leader is Yao Bin. The project is located within the Port of Corinto in Nicaragua. Qian’an, together with Jiangsu Fengshang Steel Silo Engineering Co., Ltd., has formed a joint venture and directly signed a general contracting agreement with the Nicaraguan National Port Authority. The total contract value is US$13.57 million. Construction is scheduled to begin on April 15, 2025, with completion planned for January 31, 2026. The construction scope primarily includes continuous grain-unloading machines for the berth, belt conveyors, grain silos, lighting systems, control systems, communication systems, and structural components.

On June 5, the Roche (Shanghai) Biopharmaceutical Production Base Project (Phase I) held a ceremony to celebrate reaching one million safe man-hours, and the Group was presented with a commemorative trophy.

Group General Manager Zhang Jian Visits Asahi Kasei (Nantong) to Deepen Cooperation and Exchange

On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. Cai Ting and Gao Mingmin, Deputy General Managers of the Group, also attended the event.


The Group has won the bid for the Fujian Yuanfu Technology project to produce 3,000 tons per year of high-purity lithium fluoride.

Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.


The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
