Chen Hui, Secretary of the Party Branch. The Party branch of the subsidiary company takes Party building as its guiding principle, closely aligns with production and operations, and fully leverages the exemplary and leading role of Party members, achieving remarkable results in all areas of work. A team of model Party members has been established to take root at the project frontlines, taking the lead in overcoming construction challenges, effectively managing safety and quality, and ensuring the efficient completion of key projects, thus realizing zero accidents in safe production. A paired assistance mechanism has been set up among Party members to precisely meet employees’ needs, delivering tangible support in areas such as family assistance and on-the-job mentoring, thereby strengthening team cohesion. Party members and prospective Party members have been organized to visit red-themed museums and participate in themed Party Day activities, solidifying their ideological and political foundations. We are rigorously promoting integrity and work style development, intensifying study of regulations and cautionary education, focusing on critical links to improve oversight, and addressing unhealthy tendencies. We identify and widely publicize outstanding Party member role models, fostering an atmosphere of emulation and competition, deeply integrating Party building with production and operations, and providing strong guarantees for the company’s high-quality development.

Luo Sang Sangdan, the secretary of the Party branch, under the leadership of the Non-Public Sector Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, has guided the Jinchen Party Branch in Tibet to uphold the principle of “Party building leading development.” The branch strengthens its fortress through organizational development and cultivates high-quality Party members through team-building efforts. It also guides Party members and cadres to deeply study and put into practice Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as well as the rule-of-law thinking. This year, closely aligned with the company’s realities and the needs of Tibet’s development, the branch has reinforced theoretical learning and practical application through Party history education and themed Party-day activities, thereby promoting the synchronized resonance between Party building and enterprise development and achieving deep integration of Party building with business operations.

On the afternoon of February 13 (the 26th day of the 12th lunar month), the Group held its 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony in the conference hall on the fourth floor of Qian’an Building. On January 20, the Group Company organized its first specialized training session on export tax rebates. Representatives from the Head Office Finance Department, Jinrun Finance Department, and relevant project departments attended the event. During the training, members of the Qingtian Technology software team provided detailed explanations covering three key areas: pre-emptive preparations for export tax rebates, practical procedures using Qingtian software, and important considerations for business operations. By combining theoretical review with hands-on demonstrations, the training enabled participants to quickly grasp the critical points of export tax rebate processing.
