The signing ceremony for the Baoying County Guangyanghu Town Modern Fishery-PV Integration Demonstration Project was successfully held at Qian'an Building.

On September 26, the Group Company, jointly with the East China Branch of China Gezhouba New Energy Co., Ltd., held a successful meeting and project signing ceremony at Qian'an Building for the "Baoying County Guangyanghu Town Modern Fishery-PV Integration Demonstration Project," alongside representatives from the Guangyanghu People's Government of Baoying County and Zhenjiang Jiangzhiyuan Fisheries Technology Co., Ltd.
The project covers a total area of approximately 2,100 mu and is planned to be developed using a BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic) integrated roofing system atop high-standard fishery greenhouses. The photovoltaic installation will have an installed capacity of 140 MW (on the AC side), with an estimated investment exceeding 600 million yuan. Construction will be undertaken by the Group’s Jinhua Optoelectronics Branch. Upon completion, this will become a comprehensive demonstration project integrating efficient aquaculture, clean green power generation through photovoltaics, and eco-tourism.

Conduct special pre-holiday inspections to fortify the safety defenses for the dual holidays.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
