On September 27, the Group’s Youth League Committee successfully hosted the special lecture titled "The Rhythms of Four Seasons: Appreciating Classic Masterpieces from China and Abroad," leveraging the "Qian'an Cloud Classroom" platform. The event featured a specially invited guest—Teacher Mu Huo, a member of the Jiangsu Provincial Writers Association and one of Nantong City's "Four Groups" talents in the publicity and cultural system—who captivated nearly 200 young colleagues both online and offline. 
Teacher Mu Huo, centering on core questions such as "What do we hear when we listen to music?" and "How can we truly engage with music?", guided participants—from basic understanding to deeper insights—through a rich selection of classic musical excerpts from both China and abroad. These pieces helped attendees perceive the emotions, structural intricacies, and cultural layers embedded within the melodies. Throughout the lecture, Teacher Mu Huo also shared specific chapters from her award-winning book, *Seasonal Melodic Rhythms*, seamlessly weaving her profound affection for her hometown and thoughtful reflections on life into the discussion, thereby adding a touching depth to the experience of music appreciation. 
This lecture was not only an auditory feast but also a nourishing experience for the soul. Attendees enthusiastically shared that, through this learning opportunity, they’ve unlocked a fresh perspective on appreciating music. Moving forward, they expressed their intention to approach both projects and work with renewed creative passion and profound humanistic sensitivity, striving to create timeless masterpieces that are as solid and inspiring as classic musical compositions. Conduct special pre-holiday inspections to fortify the safety defenses for the dual holidays.
At the end of September, the Group's Safety Equipment Department dispatched teams to regions including Nantong, Suzhou, and Nanjing to conduct a comprehensive safety inspection focusing on large-scale machinery ahead of the holiday period. The inspection specifically targeted tower cranes, construction elevators, suspended platforms, material hoists, unloading platforms, scaffolding, and other critical areas, promptly identifying multiple potential safety hazards. Safety Director Zhang Yue emphasized that each project must assign clear responsibilities and set specific deadlines for addressing the identified risks. Meanwhile, the relevant regional offices and branch companies are required to provide full oversight throughout the entire remediation process, closely monitoring both progress and quality to ensure all identified hazards are thoroughly addressed before the holiday. This proactive approach aims to prevent any safety incidents and safeguard a safe and productive working environment.
