In June 16th, the Nantong regional company held the spot demonstration meeting in Qidong Yong Yang Village resettlement housing project. Group leader, head of each department room, regional and branch heads and quality security personnel, nearly 200 people participate in activities. Qidong housing and Urban Rural Construction Bureau, Qidong City Investment Development Corporation related leaders were invited to attend.
Qidong Yong Yang Village resettlement housing project is located in Qidong City Jianghai Road and Qing Yu on the northwest side, the group company's first direct EPC project, has a certain scale of construction and project many bright spots, 2 floors underground and 9 floors on the ground, a total construction area of 150 thousand square meters, building 16 residential shear wall structure. The project will focus on planning in advance, open model, site clean and orderly, VI propaganda standard atmosphere, green construction lead, and the use of free wall masonry, slotted submerged toilet cushion block, stair buckle type formwork and other new technology. At the same time, the project is also the group's first use of BIM technology housing construction project, the group company BIM new technology team stationed in the project department, the use of BIM5D technology for the project all-round management. This is the first time in the construction of Nantong area. The project adopts BIM5D platform to cooperate with all parties to realize effective decision-making and fine management, and has achieved some results in reducing construction change, shortening construction period, controlling cost and improving quality. To observe the scene, set up a special group of BIM Design Institute of new technology engineering experience area, the new technology of 3D modeling, 3D printing, VR and laser scanning experience impressed the staff to observe, become the focus of the tour activities. Previously, the Qidong municipal Party committee secretary Wang Xiaobin, mayor Huang Weifeng on the morning of June 15th made a special trip to inspect the project, to listen to the person in charge of the project report on Jiangsu kindland, focusing on people's livelihood construction quality highly review.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
