On the same day, the owner held a grand ceremony, the local government, the general contractor, project supervisor and nearly 100 people attended the ceremony, the company's project leader Xing Yadong on behalf of the group. The Jiangyin LNG terminal project is the first LNG receiving station built along the Yangtze River. The total investment of the project is 1 billion 548 million yuan, with a total of two LNG storage tanks and supporting facilities of 80 thousand cubic meters. Compared with the LNG tank with single volume and concrete structure in the past, it occupies less space, costs less investment and shortens the construction cycle greatly. It is expected to be completed in the first half of next year and will become the largest bimetal full-container tank in China and even in Asia, with an annual turnover of 2 million tons. It is one of the only four private LNG receiving stations in China. (Song Hongliang)
