On July 3, the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Department of Jiangsu Province announced the results of the qualification examination of the 13th batch of construction enterprises in 2019. The Group Company has successfully obtained the first-class qualification of professional contracting for architectural decoration and decoration engineering. In recent years, relying on the inferior qualification of building decoration and decoration engineering, the group company has undertaken a large number of medical and medical purification and installation projects, and has become a characteristic specialty of Qian'an, contributing to the continuous rise of business performance of the enterprise. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
