On November 20, 2024, the comprehensive inspection team of the group company visited Shanghai Wangzu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel Decoration General Contracting Project in Shanghai, China. The project was constructed by the Wu Zhong Project Department of the Jinrun Branch of the group and is located at the intersection of Zhongcao Road and Kaixuan Road in Xuhui District, Shanghai. The contract cost is about 80 million yuan, and the total construction area of the project is 28252 square meters. The project includes demolition and structural reinforcement, interior decoration design, mechanical and electrical system renovation, and landscape decoration. The hotel area adopts VRV air conditioning system and air source heat pump. The total construction period is 360 days, and it is planned to be completed and accepted in April 2025. At present, the concealed work of the project has been basically completed and is about to enter the stage of decorative panel and decorative surface construction. Key and difficult points of the project: 1. Building acoustics; 2. The construction site is narrow; 3. Special coordination for supply by Party A; 4. The project is located in the core area of Xujiahui, Shanghai, and on-site management and external coordination are difficult. The project department has overcome various difficulties and taken a series of measures for key and difficult points, including establishing an acoustic special team, planning the construction site in advance, arranging construction processes reasonably, allocating human and material resources reasonably, preparing special plans, and applying new BIM technologies. Project innovation goal: Apply for QC results on building noise reduction by 2025. After listening to the project report, the comprehensive inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the site and materials related to safety, quality, and real name registration. They had in-depth communication with the project department, and each line provided suggestions on the details of the site and materials, hoping that the project department can continue to improve its project management level.
