On November 21, 2024, the comprehensive inspection team of the group company visited Chun'an (Hangzhou Qiandao Lake) Whiskey Brewing Co., Ltd. Chunzheng Gongchu [2023] No. 24 Chun'an (Hangzhou Qiandao Lake) Whiskey Brewing Project (formerly Fuwen Middle School No. 1 plot) and (formerly Fuwen Middle School No. 2 plot) General Contracting Project. The project was constructed by the group's Maosheng International Branch and is located next to the Xin'an River Reservoir in Fuwen Township, Chun'an County, Zhejiang Province. The total contract cost is 164 million yuan. The project started on April 30, 2024 and is planned to be completed on October 18, 2025. The project is divided into industrial land and social parking land, with an industrial land area of 22181.88 square meters and a social parking land area of 22181.88 square meters. The total area of the parking lot is 18107.05 square meters, with main buildings including distillation workshop, fermentation workshop, comprehensive factory building, transportation corridor, sewage treatment station, fire pump room, and public station building Outdoor sewage tank, silo and wheat trough tank, social parking reception area, social parking supporting buildings, emergency accident pool, etc. The key and difficult points of the project are: 1. There are many buildings and a wide construction area; 2. Construction of irregular steel structures; 3. There are many dangerous plans involved; 4. The government has strict control over key projects. The project department has taken a series of measures to address key and difficult points, including organizing a mature and high-quality project team, preparing various plans in advance and implementing strict approval processes, customizing manpower and material plans, and arranging construction processes reasonably. Currently, the project is proceeding in an orderly and compliant manner, with all construction activities arranged according to the plan. The project department gave a brief report, showcasing two major highlights of the project: steel structure engineering and rammed earth wall engineering. After listening to the report, the comprehensive inspection team of the group company carefully inspected the project site and materials, affirmed the project department's consistent level of foreign investment management, and recognized its ability to promote it to other projects of the group. Finally, General Manager Zhang Jian requested that the project department continue to promote the level of foreign investment management and make persistent efforts. At the same time, he hopes that Maosheng International Branch can continue to shine in industrial tourism projects and foreign investment projects, and make greater contributions to the resilient development of the group.
