Comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Small Nucleic Acid Drug Industrialization Research Project (Section 1) - Group Comprehensive Inspection
On November 19, 2024, the comprehensive inspection team of the group company came to Shanghai Zhaowei Technology Development Co., Ltd. for the Small Nucleic Acid Drug Industrialization Research Project Comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Section 1). The project is constructed by the Jinhui Branch of the group and is located at 818 Fengcang Gong Road, Shanghai. The contract cost is 96 million yuan, and the total construction area of the project is 273861 square meters. The contract construction scope involves three major construction areas: public works station, ordinary warehouse, and overall basement; The construction involves 9 large refrigeration units, 17 water pumps, over 300 distribution cabinets, over 300 fans and other equipment, as well as related processes, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other specialties. The project started on March 1, 2024 and is scheduled to be completed in November 2024, with a total construction period of 245 days. Currently, the project has been mechanically completed and entered the overall commissioning stage. Key and difficult points of the project: 1. Short construction period; 2. Large equipment lifting capacity; 3. There are many cross assignments; 4. High quality requirements. Jinhui Branch immediately formed an elite project team, and the project department took a series of measures based on key and difficult points (early optimization planning, detailed preparation of various special plans, reasonable arrangement of construction schedule, reasonable allocation of human and material resources, and adoption of BIM new technology to reduce on-site pipeline collisions). The project's goal for excellence is to achieve high-quality installation engineering in Shanghai. After listening to the project report, the comprehensive inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the site and materials related to safety, quality, and real name registration. At the final communication meeting, the inspection team had in-depth exchanges with the project department and expressed recognition of their management. At the same time, reasonable suggestions were also put forward for the details of each line. Finally, General Manager Zhang Jian made a summary, hoping that Jinhui Branch can continue to leverage its strengths in the pharmaceutical industry, expand its operations in other industries, further improve project management details, and demonstrate the style of Qi'an Iron Army. Xu Bin, the head of Jinhui Branch, is full of confidence and promises to make due contributions to the group's resilient development and century long plan.
