Shanghai Electric Power Lingang 103 Sci Tech Innovation Headquarters Bay Project Energy Station Engineering General Contracting Construction and Installation Engineering - Comprehensive Inspection by the Group
On November 18, 2024, the comprehensive inspection team of the group company came to Shanghai Power Equipment Complete Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. for the construction of the energy station engineering general contracting and installation project of Shanghai Electric Power Lingang 103 Science and Technology Innovation Headquarters Bay. The project is under the construction of the group's Dongcheng branch and is located at the Shanghai Lingang Heavy Combustion R&D headquarters base. The contract cost is more than 42 million yuan. The project is equipped with two 10000m3 energy storage water tanks, with a planned cold storage capacity of 49200RTH and a heat storage capacity of 132953kWh; Configure 4 1550RT cold water (heat pump) units for summer cooling and winter heating, with a single unit heating capacity of 5500kW in winter; Configure 4 chiller units with a single cooling capacity of 2500RT for summer cooling. The construction involves multiple specialties such as technology, electrical, HVAC, and self-control. Key and difficult points: 1. The clear height of the floors in the construction area is relatively high; 2. Large equipment hoisting; 3. The pipeline diameter is large, the welding requirements are high, and the lifting difficulty is high; 4. The project schedule is tight. The project department has taken a series of measures to address the key and difficult points (using hydraulic lift trucks for the entire site, preparing various special plans in advance, arranging construction process plans reasonably, adopting BIM and factory prefabrication new technologies, etc.), and the construction on site is currently proceeding normally. Project excellence goal: High quality installation engineering in Shanghai. After listening to the project report, the inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the safety, quality, and real name registration site and materials, and communicated the inspection results with the project department. The inspection team recognized the overall project construction management and adhered to the level of foreign investment management. At the final communication meeting, the inspection team also put forward high requirements and standards for details. Finally, General Manager Zhang Jian requested that the project department continue to leverage the foreign investment management capabilities of Dongcheng Branch, hoping to further explore and innovate in the energy center project, and contribute greater strength to the resilient development of the group.
