Annual Production of 4800 Tons of High Performance Additives Project (APEX Project) - Comprehensive Inspection by the Group

On November 14th, the comprehensive inspection team of the group company came to inspect and guide the 4800 ton high-performance additive project of Nanjing BASF, which is the general contractor of GTX International Branch. The project is a renovation and expansion project for the old factory area, with a contract amount of 44.27 million yuan. The start date is June 28, 2024, and the contract period is 395 calendar days. It includes the construction of multiple individual units such as HPA production workshop, control building, transformer and distribution room, Class C warehouse, and dangerous goods warehouse (expansion). The current construction completion progress is about 35%.

The main difficulty of this project lies in the numerous and scattered buildings and structures, which are not conducive to the layout of the processing plant and the transportation of materials; At the same time, the surrounding areas of each individual building are narrow and there are many outdoor pipelines; The construction of the old factory area and the new construction area is being carried out simultaneously, and the party A requires different work management modes in different areas, which seriously reduces the efficiency of the construction. The project department, while ensuring the smooth completion of the project schedule, completed various complex change requirements proposed by the owner through the dispatch of personnel, and passed the expert review of the ultra hazardous project in one go. The project has successfully achieved 150000 safe working hours, received multiple praises from the owner for civilized construction and safety control, and will strive to become a civilized and standardized construction site in Nanjing in the future.

The inspection team conducted a detailed inspection of the project entity quality, on-site safety, engineering data, safety ledger, real name management, and other aspects, and had in-depth interaction and communication with project department personnel. Through inspection, the inspection team hopes that the project department can pay more attention to engineering details in the subsequent construction. At the same time, they also hope that the project will achieve "two controls" after entering the mechanical and electrical installation stage. Firstly, there are many "tie in" points, and the program flow should be controlled well. Secondly, the visual quality of the mechanical and electrical installation in the later stage should be controlled well. The inspection team believes that GTX International Branch has been committed to foreign-funded general contracting projects for many years, and has always maintained a high level of personnel configuration, quality, safety, and innovation. They hope to strengthen communication and exchange with the group company to jointly improve the project management level of the group company.
