Fengshu (Qihe) International Food Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project - Group Comprehensive Inspection

On November 13th, the comprehensive inspection team of the group company came to the "Fengshu (Qihe) International Food Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project" of the Jinrun 067 Chen Weiyu project department for inspection and guidance. The project is located in Yanhuang Village, Qihe County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. The total construction area of the project is 152000 square meters, with a total cost of 410 million yuan and a contract period of 570 days.

This project consists of 7 individual buildings, including 4 sorting workshops. The ground floor is a reinforced concrete frame structure with a 12m column grid, and the second floor is a concrete column and steel beam roof structure with a maximum span of 24 meters; Among them, Warehouse 1 has an area of 180 * 90m, while Warehouses 2-4 have an area of 156 * 90m and a floor height of 10.8m. There is a loading and unloading platform connected to each warehouse area, with a length of 359m and a width of 48.9m. The maximum span of the main and secondary beams is 24m. In the process of formulating and implementing technical solutions, the project department strictly requires precise construction to ensure that the load-bearing and deformation of the high formwork system are effectively guaranteed and controlled.

The focus of this project construction is the one-time diamond sand floor. The owner requires that the flatness of the first layer of diamond sand floor be controlled at 3mm/2m with a pass rate of 90%, and the flatness of the second layer of diamond sand floor be controlled at 3mm/2m with a pass rate of 80%. The project department strictly controls the formwork, armor joint elevation and flatness, concrete mix ratio, slump, and climate factors to control the entire construction process, ensuring that the qualified rate of floor flatness is higher than the requirements of Fengshu. Strictly control key nodes such as roof panels, exterior wall panels, and smoke exhaust skylights under construction to ensure that the roof and walls are flat and straight without leakage. During the intense construction, the project department actively responded to the company's efforts to create safety and excellence, and applied for the evaluation of high-quality structural engineering in Dezhou City and standardized construction safety production sites in six provinces and one city in East China.

At present, a construction output value of 270 million has been completed, which is in the tense construction stage of roof, wall, mechanical and electrical, and outdoor engineering. We always adhere to the principle of education before work, disclosure before operation, and plan before action to ensure that the project can be delivered as scheduled on February 20, 2025.

The inspection team conducted a detailed inspection of the engineering entity quality, safety management, engineering data, real name system management, etc., and had in-depth communication and exchanges with the project department. General Manager Zhang Jian has put forward specific requirements for peak construction management at the current stage, implementing schedule milestones, and emphasizing that project quality and safety should not be affected due to rush work. Chen Weiyu, the head of the 067 project department, stated that as a new force in the group, after more than a year of adjustment, project management has returned to the right track and actively grasped the current new situation in the construction industry, strengthened self-management, attached importance to development and innovation, and contributed new team strength to the resilient development of the group company.
