There is no trivial matter in seal management. The seal has important legal value. I have been in the company for more than half a year, and combined with my previous work experience, I have talked about some superficial experience in seal management.
First, abide by the working principles
The opposite of each stamped document is our owner, or the competent authority, or the partner. A contract and a document not only reflect the company's confirmation of the content, but also show the company's image. Therefore, we should try to avoid the "almost" phenomenon, and the seal staff should adhere to the accuracy of the writing, review, and seal application, and develop the working habit of "thinking - arrangement - inspection - improvement". Adhere to the principle of standardization and accuracy in the work. Every link and every process should be meticulous, and there should be no slightest carelessness. Different documents should be sealed with different standards, and every sealed seal should be "zero error, zero error". This is the most basic requirement of work quality. At the same time, we should adhere to the principle of security and confidentiality. Security and confidentiality are inherent requirements of the political nature of work. The handling personnel shall focus on learning laws and regulations, abide by various systems, strictly work procedures, establish confidentiality awareness, and set the confidentiality work principle as the red line to prevent leakage of secrets. In addition, we should adhere to the principle of real-time effectiveness. Some requirements are highly time sensitive. Fast and real-time are the basic requirements for response speed. In case of emergency, we should not only handle the relationship between primary and secondary work, but also actively coordinate and communicate to ensure that important and urgent work tasks are met first, and other work contents are reasonably arranged.
Second, grasp the process control and do a good job of rigid constraints
Through early publicity and implementation with all branches and project departments, we insist that every contract document we have obtained has a process to follow. Through process management and control, we can promote the early discovery, early warning, early rectification and early effectiveness of problems, avoid the "human relationship seal" and "relationship seal", prevent minor defects from becoming a major hidden danger, promote the continuous improvement of process standardization, and achieve multi win.
Third, we should respect our duties and establish a sense of service
We should be in awe of our posts, our seals, and the interests of the company. We should clearly understand that everything we do is for the smooth progress of our work; Strengthen the sense of service, deeply love their own work, be good at comparing their feelings, think from the perspective of the person who handles the affairs, think about what the other person thinks, and be anxious about what the other person thinks.
In a word, with the development of the Group's new situation, our staff in charge of seal management should timely understand the work process of each department, constantly adapt to new situations and new situations, timely adjust and update the seal use specifications, constantly grow and improve their business ability to handle complex situations in service, and become a qualified safety initiator. Group company replacement of power facility license
The "Measures for the Administration of Permits for the Installation, Repair, and Testing of Electrical Facilities" (Order No. 30 of 2025 issued by the National Development and Reform Commission) came into effect on July 1, 2025. The National Energy Administration automatically reissued electronic licenses to licensed enterprises through the National Energy Administration Qualification and Credit Information System. After the replacement, the Group's license categories and levels for the installation, repair, and testing of electrical facilities are: Class III for installation, Class III for repair, and Class III for testing.
