Time flies like an arrow. As a veteran employee of Qi'an for more than 30 years, I am proud of what Qi'an has achieved. The growth history of Qi'an is also the struggle history of several generations of Qi'an people who have been advancing in twists and turns.

Qi'an has experienced the rapid development in the early 1990s, the fluctuations in the middle and late periods of the same era, the reversal and steady development of the situation at the beginning of this century, and the rapid rise in the past 10 years. First of all, I would like to thank Qi'an as a platform for learning and progress. With 18 years of first-line project construction experience, he has gradually grown from an intern to a project manager and chief engineer of the group. He has learned the method and ability to find and solve problems step by step, and has cultivated his own work style of focusing on process and details. After more than 30 years of ups and downs, I really feel the emotional connection with the company. At present, due to the instability of the international and domestic political and economic environment, as well as the uncertainty of the COVID-19, all walks of life have been affected, and the company is no exception. The "tight times" proposed by the company at present is not only the right way to deal with the current situation. Personally, "reasonable expenditure and avoiding unnecessary expenditure" should become the normal management of the company. In this case, it is more important to establish a correct outlook on the world, life and values. Even if the company encounters temporary difficulties, it should overcome the difficulties and make efforts to move forward; More efforts should be made to do their own work, standardize the management of various behaviors, seriously solve every problem raised by grass-roots units, and control risks; Obey all work arrangements of the company, try to do everything well with your full ability, and get through the short storm with the company, looking forward to the future and moving steadily to the future.
