On the afternoon of November 19th, Zhao Zhenyuan, Secretary of the 11th Science and Technology Party Committee and Chairman, and a delegation visited the headquarters of the group for inspection and exchange. Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the group, and Song Hongliang, Vice President, as well as Cao Shiyu, Head of the Golden Sunshine Branch, warmly welcomed them.
Chairman Yin Weidong warmly welcomed the arrival of Zhao Zhenyuan and his delegation, and personally accompanied them to visit the "Hand in Hand" exhibition hall, project real-time monitoring center, conference floor, and other places in Qi'an Building. Zhao Zhenyuan stopped at every place to understand, take photos, and record. He encouraged Eleven Technology and Jiangsu Qi'an to learn from each other, learn from each other, and make progress together in headquarters construction.
During the discussion, Zhao Zhenyuan introduced the business development situation and future development direction of Eleven Technology this year. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
