On November 7, Yan Jinhai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region, led Ren Wei, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Executive Vice Chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region, and Xiao Youcai, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Lhasa Municipal Party Committee, to the Tibet Qi'an Company of the Group to carry out research. Chairman Yan Jinhai and his entourage listened to the report made by Shen Yan, vice president of the group and head of Qi'an, Tibet, on the production and operation of the enterprise, and went deep into the production workshop, inspected the products, and specifically understood the company's scientific and technological innovation, patented technology, market application, etc. Chairman Yan asked Tibet Qi'an to adhere to the orientation of energy conservation, low carbon and environmental protection, dig deep into the potential of prefabricated buildings in saving energy resources, reducing construction pollution, and improving labor rate, and continue to promote the green and healthy development of the plateau construction industry. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
