The Group dispatched representatives to attend the Exchange Meeting on Construction Project Quality and Safety Management and the On-site Observation Session.
In late September, the China Construction Enterprise Management Association organized an experience-sharing and on-site observation event on quality and safety management in construction projects in Guangzhou, with representatives from our group attending. During the event, project managers from the Guanghua Road Project and the Yuangang Urban Village Renovation Project of China Construction Fourth Bureau delivered presentations sharing their expertise in quality and safety management, followed by a site visit for all participants. The projects have comprehensively implemented BIM technology and the China Construction Smart Platform, equipped with smart safety helmets, construction robots, AI‑powered inspection systems, and other advanced tools to achieve intelligent, all‑scenario control. They have also adopted integrated permanent‑temporary infrastructure, three‑dimensional dust suppression, solar‑powered lighting, and other innovative approaches to create “zero‑waste construction sites.” By leveraging smart equipment to replace manual labor, they have significantly reduced risks associated with high‑altitude work, realizing coordinated, safe, intelligent, and low‑carbon management across the board. Attendees unanimously agreed that this learning session on cutting‑edge quality and safety practices provided valuable guidance for enhancing quality and safety management at their respective projects.
