On the afternoon of March 27, the Group’s Corporate Management Department and Human Resources Department jointly organized a special study session to thoroughly study the Chairman’s work report delivered at the Eighth Session of the Third Shareholders’ Meeting. Chief Economist Fan Hongyan, focusing on the core content of the report, provided an in-depth interpretation of key areas closely related to the two departments, including the Group’s personnel assignments for 2026, cost control, debt clearance and collection, and the establishment of dedicated service task forces. She also aligned these priorities with the respective functions of the two departments to refine and deploy the year’s key tasks. Fan Hongyan emphasized that the Corporate Management Department and the Human Resources Department must earnestly align their thinking and actions with the spirit of the meeting, firmly establish a strong risk-prevention mindset, steadily advance the implementation and effectiveness of all related initiatives, continuously enhance service quality and efficiency as well as support capabilities, and thereby make greater contributions to promoting the high-quality development of Qian’an’s undertakings.

Since late March, Northern Company has successively visited the Jinshun Branch, the Fimann (Changchun) Pharmaceutical Project, the AstraZeneca Qingdao Project, and other sites to communicate and implement the spirit of the eighth session of the third-term shareholders’ meeting. At the Jinshun Branch, Lu Weihong, head of Northern Company, provided a detailed interpretation of the Chairman’s report, urging branch management personnel to deeply understand the essence of the Chairman’s address, enhance their learning capabilities, innovate work methods, strengthen their work style, and rigorously safeguard the first line of defense in risk prevention and control, thereby contributing more to the resilient development of the Group. The session offered practical guidance on senior care services that is closely aligned with real-world needs, thereby effectively enhancing our staff’s awareness and knowledge of the local senior care landscape.
