The Group Has Successfully Won the Bid for the Phase IV Renovation Project of the Pan-Semiconductor Industrial Park in the Zhangjiagang Bonded Zone (Jordan)

Recently, following several rounds of intense competition, the Group successfully won the bid for Phase IV Renovation Project of the Pan-Semiconductor Industrial Park in the Bonded Zone of Jotun Coatings (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd., with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million. Located on the west side of Hong Kong–Macau Road in Zhangjiagang City, the project involves the renovation of a building with a gross floor area of 11,000 square meters. Construction is being undertaken by the Jinrun Branch, and scope includes architectural works, steel structure works, MEP and fire protection systems, as well as outdoor works, with completion and handover to the owner scheduled for December 31, 2026. Shi Jianshuai, head of the project office, stated that the team will meticulously plan and pay close attention to every detail, fully leveraging its professional and technical strengths to ensure timely and high-quality completion of the construction tasks, delivering a project that meets the owner’s expectations and contributing to the Group’s high-quality, resilient development. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
